As far as I have heard, you all had good start with the prayer roster! Well done, everyone! Lets keep it up, up....I also noticed that some of you could not find out their prayer partners requests! Its ok, you can still pray for him/her, at this stage studies may be the main prayer request, and pray that God take care of him/her.... It will be good you can leave your prayer request here(blog), so we all can pray for you. But, please let me know if you cannot get in touch with your prayer partner. Thanks !!!

Other will be staying the same, same thing on same day! But for this week 10/40 window countries, we are going to pray for Thailand! We may all know that 93% of the population are Buddhists. It is really a land that is bondage to a complex web of culture, occult practices and Buddhism. Please pray that Thailand will really become " The Land of the Free"(this what Thailand means). Pray for a real spiritual breakthrough, releasing millions from their bondage to sin.

May you have strong faith in God, may He give you strength. His grace is always sufficient!

Hiya all

Hi guys, great to see you here, some of you I havent see for ages, hopefully we can catch up sometimes, I am getting busy in Taiwan. I got two paper from China Lutheran Seminary are going to start soon, and I have just open my class for Primary students, tuesdays and thursdays I will be teaching kids English and Maths. My goodness they have overwhelmed me, I have never see kids so naughty and talkive, please pray for me ~@@

Thailand Mission Trip

Hey guys, nice to see you here. Please pray for my thailand mission trip. My first fund raising paryment due on next monday, but i haven't got much money yet. I really need to get the confirmation from God, to tell me this is the right thing i am doing.

I know when time goes by, my faith will be tested more frequently. I also know fund raising is hard job, but i don't want to give it up easily.

So please pray for me, ask God to show me it is the plan he made for me.

somehow my brain is too busy to work properly... me keep forgetting stuff ar... = =
so as long as i rmb, please pray for me for the followings:
1. may the God lead me through all good time and bad time, and i can really depend on God for even the smallest things.
2. be more faithful in Him, so i can be more brave and would not be affected by environment or people.
3. for the event on 16th sep, wish we are and will always be on God's side, pray for God's blessing on us, and we could continually share the gospel with those new friends after the event.

Just to share some thoughts with my dear prayer buddy and those with a pure heart, please don't read too fast :)

The more we know (知道), the more we know we don't, hence the more we search (尋找); the more we don't know, the more we think we have realised (真實地知道了) everything, hence the more we stop searching.

"I know nothing but one thing, that is I know nothing...", a quote from Socrates in his late life. One of the most talented physicians/musicians in the history like Socrates admitted he knows nothing. Perhaps he reached the plateau after climbing the mountain to try and reach the stars but finally reassured something God has revealed to us at the beginning because of our naivety to trust the devil's temptation and started to doubt the nature of God's love. Socrates realised that he was nothing, I don't know whether or not he realised that God was everything, it would be a pity if he did not after spending his years under the sun.

We know what we found out, but we will never know or find out God if He didn't reveal Himself to us for us to realise, and we only start knowing something from nothing when we start knowing God. This is because of His mercy upon us.

I'm grateful, for with His great mercy, God has revealed Himself to us and offered us the opportunity to be with Him above the sun, as He has promised that those who search will find. Therefore, may all glories and praises be to the Lord, as He deserves much more than these.

Hi, everyone

Since I am bit older, I learned how to process this system slower than you guys. But thank God I finally got here :) It's my honour to pray for two of you this week--Jimmy and Shichen.

I got Jimmy's pray list, but not Shichen's one yet. So how can I find it out? need help here. I do need to update my technology skills, haha.

So can you please pay for my family? My Dad hurted his waist and Mum said that he can't even go to toilet by himself now. Mum is busy looking after Dad and coping with her work at the same time. I wish I can help them physically, but I CAN'T. So pray my Dad will recover soon.

And I got two assignments due on this Friday, It's about Maori culture teaching stuff. Plz pray I will be creative in doing my assignments and will hand them in on time.

The more you serve, the more you will be blessed. That's true, because I got Jimmy and shichen pray for me :) (I know many of us pray for all of our team. Thanks)

About "The Seed Fellowship"...

Hello……

This is Chen (just like what Jimmy said *^^a...), hehe...hoo....
Some of you may have not known what "The Seed Fellowship" is.
Basically, it is a fellowship that aiming to share the gospel with Chinese students on campus.
We have our own prayer meeting every Monday, and also individual groups to reach out the students on campus during weekdays.
We have an event coming at Exercise Studio Room, Club&Socs( the room is still waiting for final confirmation ), on the 16th September, 2pm-5:30pm. The schedule of the event will be combined with ice-breaker, singing, group games.
Being able to share the gospel is our right and glory, for this purpose, we are willing to understand our friends' needs.
So the main purpose of the event is, initially, to build up a good relationship with the non-believers; Furthermore and most importantly, to share the good news with them.
You are welcome to join us on that day, please invite those who have not been to our church or bible study groups. Jimmy has so many ideas for games (*clap clap*), contact me for your confirmation(by 11th Sep) and further details.
